The room was tidy and impeccable with a kettle, coffee and tea, like we expected. Breakfast was tasty for vegans, had great staff.

Rooms there were modern and spacious. There was a walk-in shower. It was located in a beautiful area close enough to activities to do on the island and center of langkawi island,.

I had such a delightful time at Bambu Getaway in Kuah. The hotel's decoration was charming, with beautiful traditional elements that created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden. The accessibility for senior people was impressive, with easy access to the accommodations and well-maintained exterior corridors that made it convenient for me to navigate around the premises.

I would have appreciated a small refrigerator in the room for better convenience during my stay.

We stayed at a fantastic place in Langkawi called Campvalley. Kamil, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips on what to do on the island and even helped us rent a scooter, which was the best way to get around. the room was small but very clean, and had everything we needed, including a hot shower. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the staff. the breakfast was delicious and varied every day. We would definitely recommend staying at Campvalley, it had everything we needed and more. Cons: Almost perfect 🙂.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. the local dessert was my favorite, and I couldn't resist having it every morning. the location of the hotel was surrounded by picturesque farms and mountains, creating a beautiful and serene atmosphere. This provided a wonderful view that added to the overall charm of the place. the owner was extremely helpful and willing to assist with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of my stay was the presence of a couple of salamanders in our room. Although they disappeared soon after, it initially startled us and caused some discomfort.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled amongst picturesque rice paddies and surrounded by beautiful mountains. There are also restaurants in the vicinity, making it convenient for dining. Additionally, the hotel offers a pick-up service from the jetty, ensuring that guests are well taken care of even when transportation options are limited.

The hotel's policy of providing only two water bottles per check-in could be considered stingy, especially considering the amount paid for the room. Water is essential, especially for fitness enthusiasts staying at a place like Campvalley.

Personally, I found the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom to be of average quality. But hey, that's just my opinion, and some people might still enjoy them.

I recently stayed at Bambu Getaway for a month and it was a delightful experience. The modern accommodation in the shipping container was unique and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the daily room cleaning was lovely. The owners, especially Kamil, were welcoming and helpful, and the wifi was excellent. The location offered beautiful views of the surrounding nature and rice paddies, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. it was a wonderful stay with enjoyable amenities and a friendly staff.

This place has got it all. It has everything that I need. First on top is the Fitness and boxing gym, indeed impressive. The chef menu are superb, clean with comfy beds, staff are really nice and accommodating and the best manager owner ever. He would try to service the guest nothing but the best experience. Wifi good, and can rent out a motorbike. Location wise, with secured gate. The place itself is paradise to me. It’s quite serene and looks divine in the morning to watch the sunrise and the sunset. It isn’t that far from the ferry point. Highly recommended, and one thing for sure I will definitely come back.
